Kitchen remodel
The schedule matters as much as the finishes
We remodel kitchens across Baton Rouge, Baker, Zachary, Central and Denham Springs, handling permits, inspections and the licensed trades under one contract.
Kitchens go wrong on sequence, not taste. Cabinets ordered before the layout is final, counters templated off cabinets that shifted, appliances that arrive during demolition week. We lock the layout, order long-lead items first, and publish a week-by-week schedule that says plainly when the sink and range go away.
Layout changes are where the money is. Moving a sink means plumbing in a slab; taking out a wall may mean a beam and a permit. We price both options so you can decide whether the new island is worth what it costs to get water there.

- Island added with power and plumbing

Financing
A new roof is a monthly number, not a lump sum
Most homeowners replace a roof once. Paying for it in one go is the part that stalls the decision, so we quote the monthly figure alongside the total and let you decide which one you're solving for.
Rates and terms come from our lending partner, we publish the real numbers once you've seen the estimate, never a teaser rate.
Typical replacement
$180–$320/mo
Range shown for common Greater Baton Rouge roof sizes with approved credit. Your estimate carries your actual figure, your term and your rate.
Financing terms subject to credit approval. Your rate, term and monthly figure are shown in writing on your estimate before you commit to anything.

The wedge
One contractor for the roof and the kitchen under it
If the roof is close to the end of its life, doing both at once means one company, one schedule and no finished ceiling opened up a year later.
