Emergency response
What we do in the first two hours
An active leak in an occupied commercial building is a triage problem, not a roofing problem. The first job is to protect what is under it — inventory, servers, tenant space, food — and to get the water controlled and diverted. The second is to find the actual entry point, which on a flat roof is almost never directly above the drip.
We arrive with membrane patch material, sealant compatible with the system on your roof, and the ability to build a temporary dry-in that holds through the next storm rather than through the next hour. Everything gets photographed before and after, with locations marked on a roof plan, because that record matters for your insurer, your landlord or your warranty holder.
Then we tell you the honest version: whether this is a $600 penetration repair, a section that needs replacing, or a roof that is at end of life and will keep doing this. Priced separately, so you can decide on the emergency work without committing to the capital project.
We respond to
Buildings we get called to
- Retail and strip centres with tenant exposure
- Warehouses with inventory or racking below
- Restaurants with rooftop grease exhaust
- Offices with server rooms and drop ceilings
- Churches and schools with occupied assembly space
- Medical and dental suites with sensitive equipment
Commercial
One licensed contractor for the roof and the space under it
We work around tenants and operating hours, document the roof before we touch it, and keep repairs inside the manufacturer's detail so warranties stay intact. Ceiling grid, drywall and finishes are covered by the same general contracting licence, you are not coordinating two vendors after a leak.
- TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR and standing seam
- Core samples where wet insulation is suspected
- Photo documentation with every scope and bid
- After-hours and weekend work for occupied buildings
