Roofing crew lead
Runs a tear-off and install crew, owns the quality of the flashing and ventilation details, and talks to the homeowner like it is their own house. Experience with architectural shingle systems required; standing seam metal experience is a plus.

Roofing technician
Tear-off, decking repair, underlayment, shingle and metal install, and the clean-up that decides whether we get the referral. We will train the right person who shows up on time and can work safely at height.

Carpenter / remodel lead
Framing, trim, doors, cabinetry install and interior restoration on remodel and storm-rebuild jobs. Comfortable working in occupied homes and keeping them liveable while the work happens.
Full time · Zachary office and field
Project estimator
Inspects roofs and remodels, documents condition properly, and writes estimates that hold. This role only works for someone willing to tell a homeowner their roof has five years left when it does.

Technicians become crew leads and crew leads become estimators. We would rather promote someone who already knows how we work.
